Security at Selkirk College
Your safety and security while on campus is important to us. Services are now in place on the Nelson and Castlegar Campuses.
Professional Services Provided
Castlegar campus will have a security presence Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm.

Nelson student housing will have a security presence Thursday to Saturday, 8 pm - 4am.
- Number for Nelson Campus Security is 250-551-3327
- They will also provide check ins over the evening at the 10th Street Campus, KSA, and Silver King.
The following situations may be instances where a staff or student would want to contact security:
- Suspicious person or activity
- Any feelings of unease or threat from a person(s)
- Escort to vehicle during evening hours
- Report vandalism, spills, safety hazards, maintenance issues
- Minor injury first aid
