"Project Management is more than just planning and managing tasks to completion." – Jeanne Kim, Instructor, School of Business and Injeanneous Projects & Consulting

Project Management is about leading your team. Get clear on what you need to accomplish, plan it thoroughly, and make sure you do it with your team, as a team and, most especially, for the team. I am passionate about project management because it provides opportunities to work with others in a collaborative team environment.  My skills, education and practice focus on interacting, collaborating, developing and supporting people and teams.

I am a Professional Project Manager (PMP) and have been successfully completing large organizational projects for over 16 years. I currently manage the Project Management Office at Kootenay Savings Credit Union Corporate Office in Trail.  I also provide consulting services and corporate training in Project Management and Team Development through my firm Injeanneous Projects & Consulting. Additionally, I recently completed a certificate credential in Online/eLearning instruction through Vancouver Community College.

My participative contributions to the community include Executive Board Director at Sanctuary (Pre-teen Drop –in Centre in Trail), Executive Board Director at Lower Columbia Initiatives Corporation and a Committee Advisory member for the LCCDT. You can learn more about me by visiting my LinkedIn account at http://www.linkedin.com/in/injeanneousprojects.
