Teaching and sharing my culinary knowledge is one of the greatest rewards that I have had in my culinary career. Sharing knowledge and techniques empowers learning chefs to grow professionally and personally.
 

Being a red seal chef for over twenty years has brought me to some of the top kitchens in Canada, where I have been able to learn new, and share existing, culinary skills. Having a passion for locally and sustainably sourced food inspires me to create dishes that focus on how important great ingredients are. This interest in quality, local food extends to my home life as well, where I tend a large, organic garden that provides food year-round.

When I am not in a kitchen, I enjoy back-country skiing, mountain biking, and camping with my dogs.
