Selkirk College's Gala event Bold & Bright is taking place November 24 and it will be a night to remember...
Gala 2018 is officially SOLD OUT!
Our annual Gala is one of our signature community events where we celebrate the energy, talent and learning of our students with fabulous food, music and a silent auction. It's truly an inspiring evening.
Bold and Bright
Our work at Selkirk College is all about supporting learners to be confident and courageous; to be bold in achieving their dreams. Serving students to achieve their dreams is a cornerstone to the success of Selkirk College and fundamental to the vitality of the communities that we serve. A brighter, accessible future full of opportunity for students and their families is a benefit from which we all gain so much.
The Silent Auction
Community support is a significant factor in helping inspire the dreams of our students. This year, the silent auction will be coordinated by our Selkirk College Saints as we raise funds to help hockey players excel in the classroom and on the ice.
A Student Showcase
As an example of how dreams are becoming reality, the annual Gala is an opportunity to showcase the talents of students in the Professional Cook Training Program, Resort & Hotel Management Program and Contemporary Music & Technology Program. Bringing inspiring community supporters together with those reaching for their dreams is a fitting way to celebrate what Selkirk College means to the region.
