Help shape the future of teaching and learning at Selkirk College by joining the Education Council (EdCo). Students and employees from across the college are invited to have a say in the college’s educational offerings.
What Will I Do?
- Review meeting packages, which include information about new or revised courses and academic policies.
- Attend and actively participate in EdCo meetings (approximately eight per year).
- Vote on proposal for new or revised curriculum and academic policies.
- Get further involved by joining task forces and standing committees.
EdCo is a great way to learn college governance. It's a place where everyone's voice is heard and respected. I encourage everyone—from students to faculty to support staff—to join in this fabulous learning experience.
