Cultivating Gratitude and Other Mental Health Practices for Resiliency

Humans tend to worry a lot. Our constant anxiety, negative news cycle, and overactive minds often lead to the loss of our sense of gratitude, happiness, and childhood wonder. This workshop will help us explore ways in which we can actively cultivate positive emotions like gratitude. By doing so, we can sleep better, love better, be happier, and genuinely appreciate the world around us.

Meet The Instructor

Mike is a writer, presenter and a grief/gratitude coach. He has written as the Happy Economist and is the creator of many tools including the "Conversation Continuum and the Relationship Vitality Index". Mike has made presentations across Canada and internationally. CBC's Shelagh Rogers dubbed him "the most interesting economist ever"!
