Join Selkirk College for a one-day regional workforce development learning summit that will highlight workforce innovations and discuss challenges.
Expert speakers, innovators and attendees will explore the concepts of clusters, technology and innovation as they relate to building a 21st Century workforce. Attendees will then work together to help build evidence-based regional cluster-focused strategies specific to technology, tourism, forestry, mining and metals, and advanced manufacturing. Industry, business, education, economic development, local government, and business and employment support providers are invited to attend. Please register by June 14 for this FREE event.
The event will take place on June 19, 2017 from 8:30am to 4:00pm at the Prestige Lakeside Resort & Convention Center, 701 Lakeside Drive Nelson BC.
