Build Awareness, Empathy and Conflict De-Escalation Skills with this Ryan Dowd Webinar Series

Students, employees and community members are invited to improve their communication skills in all situations by learning to reduce conflict with persons who have experienced trauma, homelessness or mental health challenges.

Watch these free trainings on your own or join a watch party. Connect with a group online or on campus in Castlegar, Kaslo, Grand Forks, Nakusp, Nelson or Trail. A facilitator will guide each watch party and lead a discussion.
