Martin has spent the better part of his life working in the hospitality and tourism sector.  Building his career on strong guiding, communicating, business and marketing skills, Martin has owned and managed backcountry snowcat and heliskiing companies and continues to work part time as a guide and consultant.  Still sharing his love for skiing, entrepreneurialship and the outdoors, Martin is the acting Chair of the School of Hospitality and Tourism and oversees the Ski Resort and Operations program, the Resort and Hotel Management program, both the Post-Graduate Hospitality and Culinary Management programs and the Professional Cook Training program.
