I never expected to follow an academic path, but since returning to college and meeting some incredible instructors, I have been filled with determination to work for what is right and sane in the world. Whether these initial steps lead to working in politics, law or environmental advocacy, I will be forever grateful to Selkirk College for giving me a new sense of purpose.
