Ashley Gray holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science from Queen’s University and a Master of Nursing in Health Systems Leadership and Administration from the University of Toronto. Since joining Selkirk College in 2022, she has taught primarily in Years 3 and 4 of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program while also serving as a Year 3 facilitator and coordinator of faculty development initiatives within Health and Human Services.
Drawing on nursing experience across Ontario, Nova Scotia and British Columbia, Ashley brings a systems-focused perspective to nursing education and is passionate about supporting learners as they transition into professional practice.
Her areas of interest include leadership development, mentorship, systems transformation, healthy work environments and preparing future nurses to navigate complex health care systems while maintaining strong professional values and advocacy.
