Can I get credit for any of the courses in the NUC program if I have a MOA certificate?
The MOA and NUC/NUA are two different job roles, and so the training programs are very different. It’s unlikely that any courses you completed in an MOA program are comparable to the courses in the NUC program, but Selkirk College will consider your previous education.
Do I have to pay for the entire program up front, or can I pay as I go?
Students register and pay for courses per semester, same as you would if you were attending a class on campus.
When can I start the program?
Applicants are accepted into the program as soon as their application file is completed—once Admissions has received appropriate documentation of all the admission requirements for the program.
There are intakes (start dates) every January and September.
What type of computer set up do I need to complete this online program?
To complete this online program, you will need reliable internet connection, a personal computer (phones and tablets won’t support all functionalities) and a printer with a scanner. Computer software required includes MS Word or a MS Word compatible program and Adobe.
