Add a Course
Before the term starts: Domestic University Arts and Sciences students can add courses via the Student Portal. In other programs, enrolment officers will complete your registration. Please reach out if you have questions.
Weeks 1 and 2: Add courses using the Course Registration Change Form.
Week 3: Courses can no longer be added.
International Students
All international students must meet with a Selkirk College counsellor to add courses.
Drop a Course
Before the term starts: Domestic University Arts and Sciences students can drop courses via the Student Portal. Students in other programs can drop courses by emailing your enrolment officer.
After the term starts until the last day to withdraw: Drop courses using a Course Registration Change Form.
Refunds will only be issued if you submit the form to your enrolment officer before the refund deadline. Please see Important Dates.
If you do not formally drop a course using the form, you will be ineligible for a refund. The course will appear on your final transcript with the grade that you earned.
International Students
International students who are in their first semester are not eligible for a refund of their semester/course tuition or the seat deposit.
