    Provides free access to online, video and phone-based coaching and a skills-building program designed to help adults and youth (15+) manage low moods, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry.
  • Anxiety Canada 
    Provides information and self-help resources on anxiety.
  • Selkirk College Students' Union (SCSU) Extended Health and Dental Plan 
    Offers coverage for professional services, including psychologists, social workers, counsellors, Master of Social Work or Psychotherapist: $75 per visit, up to $575 per benefit year. Contact SCSU to find out if you have been added to the extended health and dental plan and how to access these benefits.
