Train to act as a field safety representative and install circuits with a power supply limited in accordance to Class 2 circuits, maximum 100-volt amperes; with exception of a branch circuit from an existing panel board or extension of an existing branch circuit wiring, rated at 15 amperes, 120 volts, to an outlet installed specifically for a Class 2 power supply.
This 25-hour course prepares you to write the Technical Safety BC Class C-R-Low Energy Systems certification exam.
The course contains five lessons and five assignments. Included with this is an introduction that contains all the necessary instructions to guide you through the course. You must read the introduction carefully before you start your course. Also, you will require other documents that are available from the Technical Safety BC's website.
This course may take up to two months to complete and consists of roughly 25 hours of coursework. If the student has not completed within this time period, they will have the option to purchase a one-month extension for $100. The student will be allowed a maximum of two extensions.
Upon receipt of payment, we will mail you a course manual in printed format. The instructor will email you the assignment answer sheet.
