Discover the Thrill of Disc Golf!

Perfect for beginners and intermediate players, this four week Disc Golf clinic helps build skills and confidence. Join instructor Matt Canale for four one hour sessions focused on technique, strategy, etiquette and improving your overall game.

For weeks 1-3:

  • Develop your putting, backhand and forehand throws using targets.

For week 4:

  •  Enjoy a beautiful spring round at the Rosemont-Art Gibbon Park- Disc Golf Course, putting your new skills into action.

 

The clinic will rotate from Silver King Campus front field to Art Gibbon Park, a 9-hole course within a walking distance of campus.

This clinic is open  to Selkirk College students, employees, and community members. No experience is necessary just bring your energy, and we'll provide the rest! The full four-day clinic costs $15 for Selkirk College students and employees and $40 for community members.

Registration deadline is Monday, April 20th, 2026 with limited spots. Come to the gym office in Mary Hall on the Tenth Street Campus in Nelson or pay over the phone.
