Join Us for a Guided HIIT Class
This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class will include some weighted movements. The class is led by Abby Verigin in the gymnasium.
All levels of athleticism are welcome—our coach is experienced and able to adapt the program and movements to challenge all participants.
This event is free for all Selkirk Colleges employees and students. Regular drop-in fees apply for community.
