Through creation and ceremony, we weave the Medicine Wheel into our nursing lab as a community to guide students, families and future generations.

This project brings our school community together to reflect on Indigenous teachings and create a culturally safe learning space. The Medicine Wheel reminds us that health is holistic, spiritual, emotional, mental and physical and guides the shaping of future nurses. All artists and participants will be recognized. 

The collage will live in our nursing lab as a teaching tool and a visible step toward the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action in health care.
