Nathan and Anna Fund for Peace and Reconciliation

The Nathan and Anna Fund for Peace and Reconciliation supports initiatives that advance reconciliation and peacebuilding on Selkirk College campuses and within surrounding communities.

It offers up to $3,500 per year to eligible projects.

Selkirk College employees and students are encouraged to propose projects that promote reconciliation, peacebuilding, pacifism, truth-telling and the strengthening of community relationships. Projects should be grounded in reconciliation and peacebuilding, as shaped by the land and the shared histories of the people who live on it and move across it.

Funded projects will be consistent with a set of values identified in consultation with Doukhobor and Indigenous members of the Mir Centre for Peace Advisory Council. See the application form for more details.
