Laura Nessman has been with Selkirk College since 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria and an Advanced Diploma in GIS from Selkirk College.
Laura has previously spent time teaching piano lessons and working in local government settings. After travelling throughout Europe and living abroad in the Czech Republic, Laura relocated to the West Kootenay. She was raised on southern Vancouver Island and maintains strong ties to the west coast.
Laura spends time growing vegetables, cooking, reading and making music.
