Classic flavours with a contemporary twist.
This four-course menu has classic and contemporary choices of items from Crab Bisque, Grilled Pork Belly and the favorite Braised Shortrib. Reservations are accepted from 5 to 6:30. This is the only menu that is similar to past Scholar dinners and will be served from the Professional Cook students. Liquor service will be limited to wine and beer. Vegetarian and Gluten free friendly.
Please let us know of any dietary restrictions at the time of reservation.
Reservations
Reservations are limited. Please contact us with your preferred date and number of guests. Doors open at 5 pm, the first course will be served at 5:30 pm. Late arrivals will have to join in at the course they arrive at. Limited seating available.
