As a homegrown Kootenay kid and Selkirk College graduate, Theresa is delighted to be back on campus, connecting with prospective students and their families in her role as a student recruitment coordinator.
Theresa's time at Selkirk College contributed to the eventual completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Simon Fraser University. Like many students studying here, she benefited from starting post-secondary with comparatively low tuition, as well as the cost savings and support that came with living at home while she explored her education and career paths.
After many years in Vancouver and Squamish working at various non-profit organizations, Theresa was happy to return to this beautiful region. In her free time, she loves gardening, exploring BC, enjoying live music and local art, and volunteering with a number of dog rescue groups.
