- 10:00 am-11:15 am: Information plaza
- 10:00 am: Entertainment begins
- 10:55 am: Speeches
- 11:00 am: Activities begin
- 11:15 am: Band starts
- 11:45 am: BBQ begins and entertainment continues
- 12:25 pm: Grand prize draws
