In order to meet the workplace first aid legislation for the Province of BC, WorkSafeBC has implemented an application process for accepting the credentials of workers trained or certified in other Canadian provinces and territories. The out-of-jurisdiction certificate bridges your valid first aid training with the workplace health and safety requirements of BC. The out-of-jurisdiction certificate is linked to your valid, not expired, first aid certificate.
