Our tasting menu is a true celebration of culinary artistry, weaving together global inspirations and seasonal ingredients.
Guests will enjoy the elegance of dishes such as charred tomato with burrata and pomegranate molasses, sugar-cured sockeye salmon with Northern Divine caviar, and pan-seared Hokkaido scallops paired with lobster cream and mascarpone ravioli.
Hearty mains like Peace Country lamb chop with mission figs and 63 Acres beef sirloin finished with Perigord truffles round out this indulgent experience. Each course highlights sustainable sourcing and international flavours, designed to delight every palate.

Reservations
Reservations are limited. Please contact us with your preferred date and number of guests. Doors open at 5 pm, the first course will be served at 5:30 pm. Late arrivals will have to join in at the course they arrive at. Limited seating available.
