All Levels are Welcome!

Join Abby Verigin in a fun, full-body workout designed for everyone. This 45-minute circuit class combines strength, cardio, and functional movements in timed stations that can be easily modified, making it perfect for beginners while still challenging for experienced athletes!

Free for staff and students. Community members are required to pay regular drop-in or membership fees.
