This seven-session course is aimed at folks with an advanced beginner or intermediate-level foundation on the ukulele and seeking greater confidence, freedom, and joy in this fun and versatile instrument. You should already be familiar with chording, strumming, finger-picking and reading tabs. (Not suitable for beginner students.) Although this course follows on the coattails of the Fall '23 course of the same name, students who did not attend that session are most welcome! For course veterans who did attend, we will continue to add to your growing repertoire of fresh tunes and techniques.
Meet the Instructor
Jamie is a biologist and nature writer who has taught guitar and ukulele for over 15 years. By focusing on practical exercises and popular tunes, helping people of all ages find and stretch their musical wings has become one of the greatest joys in Jamie's world.
