What the Ruck! Fitness Course

Whether you're a mountain athlete, back-country hunter, part of a search and rescue team or simply want to meet your personal health, fitness and fat loss goals, this course is for you!

What the Ruck! will teach participants the art of "rucking"a trending form of exercise with added weight on your backincluding its history and current research. Participants will discover why the trend is rapidly growing, its benefits, progression/overload principles and injury concerns.

Following a 30-minute lecture, participants will practice what they learn through a short ruck hike and fun workout and will be provided with workouts to take home.

Ages 12+, all abilities welcome. Participants must bring their own weighted backpacks.
